NOTE: When thinking about travel arrangements, remember that November 29 is the Sunday after Thanksgiving and is one of the busiest travel days of the year. It is recommended that you book your airline tickets early.

There is a $75.00 Early Departure Fee for those who check out early without providing 24 hours' advance notice. Please verify your departure date at check-in. Reservations must be canceled by 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a no-show charge.
The Millennium hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and the new 29th Street Shopping area so a rental car is not absolutely necessary. The Millennium hotel has two courtesy vans that can take you to destinations within Boulder City Limits. Inquire at the front desk for information on the van service. Parking at the Millennium is plentiful and free.
The Millennium hotel offers in-room wireless or wired connection for $9.95 per day. There will be free wireless for the group in the main meeting space. Please be aware that Blackberry type devices can interfere with the microphones and audio mixers used for the speakers. Even in silent ring mode they can cause feedback. If you notice the microphones buzzing when your device receives a message, please turn it off.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is a 60-minute shuttle ride from Boulder. DIA is a hub for most major carriers and is also served by discount airlines Jet Blue, Frontier and Southwest.
Ground Transportation Boulder Super Shuttle (303-444-0808 or www.yellowtrans.com for information). The cost is approximately $25 one way, $46 round trip from DEN to Boulder. The Super Shuttle ticket counter is located on Level 5 of Denver International Airport, the same level as Baggage Claim Reservations for travel to Boulder are not accepted. The Super Shuttle departs the Millennium Harvest House every 30 minutes past the hour from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. you must make a reservation for your return trip to DEN, 303-227-0000 or 800-258-3826.
Taxi service is available from DEN to Boulder. The cost is approximately $85 + tip.
Driving Directions from Denver International Airport Freeway
You are on Pena Blvd when you leave the airport. Exit Pena Blvd at I-70 West, then take the I-270 exit. I-270 will end at I-76 West and then you will begin seeing signs for I-25 and Route 36. Follow the signs for Route 36 (Boulder). Take 36 into Boulder (approximately 10 miles). Route 36 will turn North and merge with 28th Street in Boulder. Continue North on 28th Street for .5 mile. The Millennium is on the Southwestern corner of 28th and Arapahoe.
Toll Road (Approximately $7.50 in total tolls)
You are on Pena Blvd when you leave the airport. Take the E-470 Tollway North, Exit 6B toward Boulder/Fort Collins. Merge onto E-470 North. Continue for 18 miles. E470 North becomes Northwest Parkway West. Continue for 8.6 miles when Northwest Parkway W becomes Storage Tech Drive. At the intersection take the exit onto US-36 West towards Boulder. Take 36 into Boulder (approximately 10 miles). Route 36 will turn North and merge with 28th Street in Boulder. Continue North on 28th Street for .5 mile. The Millennium is on the Southwestern corner of 28th and Arapahoe.
